How do I replace a lost TIE card in Mallorca

To replace a lost TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero) card in Mallorca, Spain, follow these steps:

1. File a police report (denuncia) about the lost card at the nearest police station
2. Make an appointment (cita previa) ( We can help with that ) online through:
    - https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es
    - Select "Trámites Cuerpo Nacional de Policía"
    - Choose "POLICÍA-TOMA DE HUELLAS (EXPEDICIÓN DE TARJETA) INICIAL, RENOVACIÓN, DUPLICADO Y LEY 14/2013"
3. Gather required documents:
    - Passport (original and copy)
    - Police report of the lost card
    - Completed EX-17 ( ( click here to download ) form -  Make sure to mark the option “DUPLICADO POR ROBO, EXTRAVÍO, DESTRUCCIÓN O INUTILIZACIÓN”

Fill in and print 790/012 ( ( click here to go to form ) online and take to back and pay. select TIE que documenta la renovación de la autorización de residencia temporal o la prórroga de la estancia o de la autorización para trabajadores transfronterizos as the option. That will calculate tax currently at € 1
9.3 . Make sure you get the proof of payment from the bank when you pay the tax
    - otherwise you will not be processed at the police station.
    - Two recent passport-size photos
    - Proof of address (padron)
    - Copy of the lost TIE (if you have one)
4. Attend your appointment at the Immigration Office (Oficina de Extranjería) in Palma with all required documents
5. Once approved, you'll receive a notification to collect your new TIE The main Immigration Office in Mallorca is located at: Oficina de Extranjería C/ City, 7 07002 Palma de Mallorca
