As a european citizen how do I get a NIE nu in Mallorca
To get a NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) in Mallorca, Spain, follow these steps:
1. Make an appointment (cita previa) ( We can help with that ) :
- Visit the Spanish National Police website
- Select "Mallorca" and "Policía-Asignación de NIE"
- Choose your preferred police station
2. Required documents:
- Form EX-15 ( ( click here to download ) (completed and signed)
- Original passport and photocopy
- Proof of purpose (work contract, property purchase, business activity, etc.)
- Proof of address in Mallorca
- Payment of fees (around ?10) at any bank using form 790
- 2 recent passport-size photos
- If applying through a representative, authorization letter
3. Visit the police station:

4. Present all documents and pay the fee
