GET NIE IN MALLORCA
These instructions detail what you need for your appointment in MALLORCA. You MUST complete all the forms and pay the fee in advance for the 790-12 form. If you have ANY problems then wasapp us and we will assist.
1.Proof of appointment
Save the appointment link that we send you to your phone. You will need to show this this at the police station in order to go in.
2.E.X.15 From
Download the EX15 Form. Print the form. Fill in the first section which is your contact details. The next 2 sections are not relevant unless you are a legal representative. Leave the last part of the form blank. You will complete this in the meeting. Take a pen.
3. 790-12 Form
The 790-12 form must be filled in online printed out and taken to a bank an paid. If the bank is closed you can use a cashpoint and pay with cash.
The form can be paid at a cashpoint in cash.
In St Atoni you can pay at this cash point -

This form is used for many different types of Tax fees. You must select the following check box:

The fee will calculate at the bottom of the page at 9.84 Eruos

complete the bottom section as follows
[V] - Additional documents
The following is not always required but we recommend:
- If you have a work contract or an offer of work even by email take a print out.
- Photocopy of passport.
- 2 passport photos.
There is a bar called "el patron" 50 metres from the police station. In this bar is a photo booth. At the back of the bar is a reception where you can make photocopies.
